Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Syae.site (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner (or an agent thereof) and believe that any content on Syae.site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a specific URL).

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Syae.site may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. The removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, within 10-14 business days unless our Copyright Agent receives notice that the original complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
